Scope of Services The Service Provider offers the following services: Freelance Services: Custom projects such as copywriting, design, or development. Creator Content: Educational content, tutorials, or insights shared via platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, or Instagram. Productized Services: Standardized service packages with fixed deliverables and pricing. Specific details of each service will be outlined in individual project agreements or product listings. 3. Payment Terms Freelance Services: Payment is due upon project commencement unless otherwise agreed. Productized Services: Full payment is required upfront. Accepted payment methods Razorpay. Late payments may incur a 3% late fee after 7 days. 4. Refund & Cancellation Policy Freelance Services: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are available for unstarted work only. Productized Services: Due to the digital nature, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the product is delivered. 5. Delivery Timeline Freelance Services: Delivery times will be specified in the project agreement. Productized Services: Digital products will be delivered within 7 business days after payment confirmation. 6. Intellectual Property Rights Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the deliverables. The Service Provider retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios and promotional materials. The Client may not resell or redistribute the deliverables without prior written consent. 7. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during the project. This obligation continues even after the completion of the project. 8. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to meet the agreed terms. In case of termination, the Client will be responsible for payment for all completed work up to the termination date. 9. Liability Disclaimer The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the services. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the deliverables comply with applicable laws and regulations. 10.
