Payment Terms

1. Payment Methods

• We accept payments via Razorpay.
• All transactions will be processed in USD.

2. Freelance & Custom Services

• A [50–100% upfront deposit] is required before work begins.
• Remaining balance (if applicable) is due upon project delivery or within 3 days of invoice, whichever comes first.
• Work will not be delivered until payment is received in full.

3. Productized Services

• Full payment is required upfront before delivery starts.
• These services are fixed in scope and price; changes or add-ons may incur additional fees.

4. Digital Products & Downloads

• Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase.
• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

5. Late Payments

• A late fee of [3% per week] may be applied to overdue invoices.
• Continued non-payment may result in project termination or legal action.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Refunds for freelance work are only available if work has not yet started.
• Productized service refunds are at our discretion and typically only available if delivery has not begun.
• No refunds are offered for digital downloads unless required by law.

7. Taxes

• The client is responsible for any applicable taxes based on their location.
• If VAT/GST is applicable, it will be included in the invoice.

8. Invoicing & Receipts

• An invoice will be issued for all services.
• Receipts for digital product purchases will be emailed automatically.

🧩 How the Milestone Payout System Works

1. 📄 Project Setup
   
   
   • The client creates a project and defines one or more milestones (e.g., “Initial design,” “Final delivery”).
     
     
   • Each milestone includes a specific payment amount and due date.
     
     
2. 🔒 Escrow Funding
   
   
   • Before work begins, the client pre-funds the first milestone into a secure escrow wallet.
     
     
   • Funds are held safely and cannot be accessed by the client or freelancer until milestone completion.
     
     
3. 🚀 Work in Progress
   
   
   • Freelancer completes the task associated with the milestone and submits it for review.
     
     
   • All communication and file sharing stay within the platform for accountability.
     
     
4. ✅ Milestone Review & Approval
   
   
   • The client reviews the submitted work.
     
     
   • Once approved, funds are released instantly to the freelancer’s wallet.
     
     
   • If revisions are needed, the freelancer is notified without penalty.
     
     
5. 🔁 Repeat Process
   
   
   • The next milestone is funded, and the cycle continues until project completion.
